Registration Information
Classes are from 9:00am - 4:00pm
Registrations are accepted in the order they are received.
Invoices are due upon receipt and must be paid in full before class.
Payment Methods
Payment is required ten (10) business days before the class. If your payment is not received in advance of the class start date, Eliquo reserves the right to postpone or cancel your registration.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Cheque
- Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard)
Delayed Payment Option: A purchase order is required if a client prefers to make a payment following the delivery of a class. Eliquo reserves the right to accept or deny a request for delayed payments.

Cancellation Policy
Eliquo Training and Development Inc. will make every attempt to be flexible in regards to class cancellations and rescheduling. In an attempt to make sure that everyone enjoys a consistent training experience, Eliquo offers the following cancellation policy:
Any student cancellation that occurs a minimum of six (6) business days prior to a scheduled class is eligible for a full class credit or a 100% refund on the cost of the class.
Due to scheduling logistics, if you cancel or re-schedule a registration within five (5) business days of the course date, payment is due in full at that time and will be held as a credit towards a re-scheduled date or a future course booking. Course credits are valid for 12 months from the date of the original class booking.
All cancellations and rescheduling must be in writing and sent either by email to registrations@eliquo.ca or by fax to 1-866-276-9121. Verbal communication of a cancellation will not meet our refund requirements.
In the event that a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, your full registration fee will be refunded or you can reserve a seat in the next available class. You will be notified of a class cancellation at least five (5) business days in advance of the scheduled class.
Eliquo Training and Development Inc. reserves the right to postpone or cancel a class at any time, in which case the refund and rescheduling policy would apply. Eliquo Training and Development Inc. is not liable for any travel expenses incurred by the student, even in the event of a cancellation.
Classes are offered on a first come first serve basis.
Course pricing is subject to GST.
Course pricing is subject to change conditional on modifications of the details of the service offering.
Course pricing is guaranteed for 30 days.

Course Refresher Policy
We believe in delivering real value with our training. Our class refresher policy is designed to make sure you get the most from your training experience by giving you up to one (1) full year to retake the same training again at no additional cost.
Refresher classes and must be taken within one full calendar year of the date of your original class. Refresher courses cannot be held at a client site or in a privately scheduled session.
No substitutions are allowed, only the student that took the original class may sign up for a refresher course.
In the event that you are requesting a refresher course following having attended a public training class, your refresher will only apply to the exact same class title.
In the event that you are requesting a refresher course following a private training engagement, a public course that most closely matches your private training curriculum will be selected as your refresher course option.
Students must register for a refresher course through our Student Support Centre at least 2 weeks prior to the class date. Students registering for a refresher class are not guaranteed a seat in the class date of their choice. If in the event a class reaches maximum enrolment, refresher students will be enrolled in the next available class. If a class does not meet its minimum enrolment requirements, the class may be postponed and a new refresher class date will be provided.
Eliquo cannot provide new training materials to refresher students. Please bring back your original class materials for the refresher course.
Student Lab Time Policy
In an effort to maximize your lab-time experience, please consider the following terms and conditions:
Students are entitled to two (2) labs per completed course.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early as lab times are kept to a 30 minute maximum per student
Your files may not be e-mailed nor uploaded for downloading during lab time; if you wish to work on your own files please bring them with you.
Your files may be brought in on USB or Firewire removable storage, or on CD-ROM (please do not bring floppy disks, Flash cards, digital cameras or camcorders or DVDs).
Unless your lab pertains specifically to digital image capture (such as Digital Imaging) a scanner will not be available.
Unless your lab pertains specifically to printed output (such as Digital Imaging and/or Colour Management) colour prints will not be available; black and white prints may be available in a reasonable quantity (max 10 pages).
Your lab time will involve 1-on-1 instruction with one of our qualified instructors.
An e-mail outlining specific topics of discussion must be sent to support@eliquo.ca at least 2 days prior to your lab to help guide the session.
Lab time instruction is restricted to software and topics specifically covered in a successfully completed course.
Cancellations must be received within 24 hrs of your scheduled time; failure to notify us of a cancellation may result in the suspension of future sessions.
